Cancellations and refunds

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

No advance payment

Booking on the JC Taxi Valencia website is free and we do not ask for any advance payment. The service is paid at the end of the trip. That is why there is nothing to refund when you cancel a booking.

How to cancel or change a booking

Call us on +34 652 530 866 or message us on WhatsApp with your booking code. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can offer that time to someone else.

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked time. If you do not show up, 50% of the trip price will be charged.

If we cancel

If for reasons of force majeure we cannot provide the confirmed service, we will let you know as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

Complaints about the amount paid

If you disagree with the amount charged at the end of the trip, email us at joserobles1983@gmail.com or call us on +34 652 530 866 with your proof of payment and we will look into it.
